Q: Why should I choose Hollywood Open Air Bus Tours?
A: With these tours, you're not on a huge bus, but on a smaller 12 passenger open-air bus. This allows you to see more exclusive locations in Beverly Hills and Bel Air. In addition, you can to converse with our tour guide and ask questions about the sights LA has to offer.
Q: Where do the tours start from and finish?
A: Our tours start and finish on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Each Tour has a unique meeting location on Hollywood Blvd.
You will get Exact Location and Parking with Booking Confirmation.
Q: How long is the Open Air Bus Tour?
A: up to 2 hours
Q: How do I redeem my ticket?
A: Following your transaction, you will receive a confirmation email. Please present it to a Hollywood Tours guide/staff member at the start of your tour.
Q: Will you wait for me if I'm running late?
A: If you have provided us with a good contact number, we will try to call you at least a few minutes before we leave. Because of other customers schedules, we simply cannot leave later than the departure time. We therefore suggest you arrive early and contact ahead.
Q: What happens if it rains?
A: The activity usually runs in light rain and other moderate weather conditions, but we may cancel the activity at short notice in the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions. If we cancel the tour, paid guests will have the opportunity to either reschedule for the next available tour or date (subject to availability), or receive a full refund.
Q: Are restrooms available?
A: Yes, restrooms are available at Ovation Mall. There are also public restrooms along the tour route. If you should need to stop, please let us know and we will try to accommodate you.
Q: Do you store any of our credit card information?
A: No, we use a trustworthy booking sites like Tripadvisor, Viator, Get Your Guide, and software called Bookeo and Stripe that handles all our transaction data.
Q: Do I receive a confirmation?
A: When you book online, you receive a confirmation email with email you entered when booking. You should receive an email a few minutes after your booking. Check Spam if you don't see it. Bring your reservation number and a photo ID to the tour pick-up location.
Q: Will I be able to take pictures along the way?
A: Yes!! Bring your camera to capture all the sights. You will have plenty of photo opportunities and we strongly encourage you to take advantage of them!
Q: Is there parking?
A: Yes, parking is available. Location with your Booking Confirmation. Street meter parking are available, but not recommended so you can relax and enjoy your visit.
Q: Are the tours conducted in English only?
A: Yes, the tours are only conducted in English. However, our non-English speaking guests will still enjoy the experience.
Q: Are food and drinks allowed on the tour?
A: Yes, food and drinks are welcome. However alcoholic beverages are not allowed under any circumstance for the safety and comfort of all of our guests.

Q: Can you pick up from my hotel/location?
A: We do not offer any hotel pick up or drop off services. Guests are solely responsible for transportation to and from our departure location.
If you need a ride you can call UBER: 1-833-USE-UBER. We understand that some people would prefer to talk to someone on the phone, so UBER created the option to call them to request your ride. 1-833-USE-UBER
Q: Is gratuity included in the price?
A: Gratuity are not included in the ticket price but are greatly appreciated by the drivers. Our drivers give you information and entertainment along with a safe journey. A small gratuity at the end of the tour is a nice way to say thanks.
Q: Do I need a booster or car seat for my child?
A: Yes, children under the age of 9 or 40 pounds must be secured in a car seat or booster seat. California happens to be one of the states that does not make an exception. Proper safety seats are required. We provide car seats or booster seats for your love ones if needed, but we recommend customers to provide their own.
Q: Are the tour vehicle(s) wheelchair accessible?
A: No, our vehicle(s) are not wheelchair accessible. Guests must be able to transfer from their chair on their own and navigate several stairs within the vehicle.
